All sales are final, and we don’t accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind or personal preference. Please check the photos, descriptions, and sizing before purchasing.

Something arrive damaged or incorrect?

If you received a damaged or wrong product reach out through our website’s contact form as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of delivery, so I can take a look and help.

Include your order number, a quick description of what happened, and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Hold onto everything while we sort it out, and please don’t send anything back without contacting me first.

Unpaid customs fees

Buyers outside of the US are responsible for customs fees not collected at checkout. If unpaid fees cause your package to be returned, a partial refund may only be issued once it reaches us, minus original shipping and return costs. Packages abandoned or disposed of due to unpaid fees are not eligible for refunds.

A note on natural pieces

Crystals naturally vary in color, shape, and texture and may have inclusions or small surface imperfections. Handmade jewelry may have slight variations, too. These details are part of each piece’s character when consistent with its description.​ If something looks broken or different from what you ordered, please reach out.

Mystery boxes

The surprise is part of the experience! Specific stones, colors, and pieces aren’t guaranteed unless stated in the listing. I’ll do my best to consider your preferences and will honor the contents option you select, but requests aren’t guaranteed.​ Mystery boxes are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged based on personal preferences about the assortment.
